JOIN OUR TEAM AS ART DIRECTOR (m/f/d)

We’re looking for an ambitious, curious and talented creative art director who wants to do big things.

YOUR ROLE

  • Develop integrated creative concepts across all digital touchpoints — from film to interactive to social and beyond
  • Lead visual storytelling with a holistic, brand-centric approach
  • Craft and own the visual identity of campaigns, ensuring consistency and innovation across platforms
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, UX designers, and developers
  • Create inspiring decks, mood boards, prototypes, and AI-generated visuals to sell in ideas
  • Push boundaries with emerging tools and creative tech, especially AI image/video generation and prompt writing
  • Present work clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven track record of developing big ideas and executing them across multiple formats (film, digital, social, interactive, OOH, etc.)
  • Exceptional concepting skills and a sharp visual eye
  • Confident working in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other standard creative tools
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with AI prompting
  • Up-to-date with digital culture, visual trends, and platform mechanics
  • Strong team spirit and the ability to lead, inspire, and guide others
